Return Policy

  • Custom Orders:
    We do not offer refunds for custom orders. If there is an issue with your custom product, we will gladly replace it.

  • General Returns:
    Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items in new and unused condition. Any returns that do not meet these criteria will not be processed.

How to Return

Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

  1. Custom orders are final and eligible for replacement only in the event of defects or errors. 
  2. Returns received outside the 7-day window or not in new condition will not be accepted.
  3. Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable.

1. Why don’t you offer refunds for custom orders?
Custom products are made specifically for you. Due to their personalized nature, they cannot be resold. We do offer replacements if the product is defective or incorrect.

2. Can I return a custom order?

3.  What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We will replace any damaged or defective items. Contact us at info@70x7caps.com with your order details and a photo of the issue.

4. How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the return within 5–7 business days.
